Louise Rita Contino

Management Consultant

Louise is a development practitioner, creative strategist, and storyteller dedicated to positive social-ecological change. With over ten years of experience across fundraising, communications, project management, and impact evaluation, she has worked with national and international nonprofits, including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography and Studio Art from the University of Vermont and a Master’s of Public Administration in Development Practice (MPA-DP) from Columbia University | School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), with a dual specialization in management and communications.

After eight years of hustle in New York City and time spent working abroad in Ghana, Uganda, and Malawi, she now calls Silverton, Colorado home—a small, remote town nestled in the San Juan Mountains. In her free time, she enjoys mountaineering, skiing, cycling, rock climbing, backpacking, paddling and other outdoor adventures. She will remain an avid traveller, cook and dancer for all her days.
