Mukasa is a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Kampala - Nsambya, Uganda with wide background in community development programs in the slums of Kabalagala where he served as chairman of the local village council.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, a diploma in human resource management from Makerere University Business school and a diploma in advanced leadership & management from Institute of Advanced Leadership.
Mukasa is a trusted, instrumental leader and entrepreneur who has developed several organizations.
